K.S.M. Kragelund ApS is changing the structure of the organization
The next phase of the generational change has now started. Birger Hansen is resigning from K.S.M. Kragelund at the end of 2016. Birger Hansen has been at K.S.M. for 36 years. The company is changing the organizational structure as of January 1 2016, which means that the internal responsibilities are going to change and new employees are hired. This has been done in order to prepare for Birger Hansen’s resignation and to optimize and prepare the company for continued growth.
The main areas in the new organization looks like this:
On June 1 2015, Brian Danebod joined K.S.M. Kragelund as the new CEO, as well as joining the group of owners, who in addition to Birger Hansen and Brian Danebod consists of Per Møller, Henning Andersen and Torben Andersen.
“We have since my entry into the group of owners, we have worked with strategy and organizational development and at the same time we have unveiled our new vision, mission and values”, says Brian Danebod, CEO.
“We are proud of the existing set of values, which now is stated in writing, so that both our skilled and competent employees as well as our customers, suppliers and other surroundings have a common understanding of how we reach our results. As I said earlier, we expect further growth, and that we will over time come to hire more employees, that will support our organization”, Brian Danebod continues.
Currently, K.S.M. Kragelund ApS has approximately 80 employees spread over a 12,000 m2 company. With core areas within welding, cutting, as well as rolling, bending and sawing work, we also offer a wide range of products. Together with HEMA Equipment, Kolster Damper and Service department, K.S.M. Kragelund ApS possesses great knowledge within many areas.
